ACCOMMODATIONS
- SINGLE: A supplemental fee is added to the
inclusive tour price for guests traveling alone. In some locations,
single rooms are smaller than double rooms. Availability of single
rooms is limited and subject to confirmation at time of booking.
ACCOMMODATIONS
- TRIPLE:
Triple rooms may
be requested. However, these rooms will usually be equipped with
a double bed and a rollaway bed added. Rooms with three beds
are not available in some hotels, however we will do our best
to secure the best accommodations possible.
AIR
TRAVEL: Across the Pond Tours acts as a ‘one-stop-shop’
for your entire tour (Across the Pond Tours uses third party
suppliers for flights.). Should you choose to book air travel
through Across the Pond Tours, an outside agent will be utilized
and a $50.00 service fee will be added to your airfare. In the
event of cancellation or alteration of your itineraries, Across
the Pond Tours will not assume responsibility for penalties imposed
by airlines for subsequent airline changes. Therefore, we recommend
that you purchase air tickets which allow for changes in planning,
with a possible change fee, rather than a fully restrictive ticket.
If you choose to purchase a non-refundable airline ticket, Across
the Pond Tours cannot be held responsible for any penalties that
may be associated with such tickets.
Across
the Pond Tours is not responsible for ensuring mileage credits
are accrued.
Airline
prices are subject to change and not guaranteed until tickets
are issued.
Airfare
is not included in your tour package price.
BAGGAGE:
We urge our clients to adhere to standard airline policies in
respect of baggage allowances per person. Across the Pond Tours
is not responsible for excess baggage charges that may apply
with some airlines in respect of additional bags and specialist
equipment, such as golf clubs and skis. Losses due to ordinary
wear and tear and other force majeure causes are not reimbursable.
We encourage you to utilize the Across the Pond Tours Luggage
Tags, which are provided upon final confirmation of your tour.
Should you neglect to place your name on these luggage tags,
although we cannot guarantee it, your bags should be returned
to the Across the Pond Tours address.

consulates of the countries being visited to determine if any
visas are needed. Securing any needed visas is the responsibility
of the tour participant, and not that of Across the Pond Tours.
